Up to £70,000 – Premium Next-Generation Veterinary Clinics in Central London — Entrepreneurial Vets
London, UK, London, United Kingdom
Premium Next-Generation Veterinary Clinics in Central London | Entrepreneurial Vets Wanted | Up to £70,000 | Stylish State-of-the-Art Clinics
Who they are
This is a fast-growing, premium veterinary clinic group in Central London that is genuinely trying to do things differently. Contemporary in design, state-of-the-art in equipment and selective in hiring, these clinics offer an exceptional standard of care with a bespoke client experience — and they are looking for ambitious, entrepreneurial vets who want to be part of building something that matters.
The group is not looking for vets who are set in their ways or happy to clock in and clock out. This is an opportunity for clinicians who are genuinely excited by the idea of helping fix problems that are widely prevalent in veterinary care, who can take ownership, get things done and actively contribute to how the clinic improves and grows.
Each clinic has three or more vets and a similar number of nurses. The team is built selectively — only the best veterinary professionals in London are brought on board — and the culture is one of mutual clinical support, positive mentorship and a genuine desire to do things better. State-of-the-art diagnostic, surgical and laboratory equipment is in place across all sites.
What you will do
You will be working across a varied first opinion caseload, excelling in consultations and performing a range of dentistry and soft tissue surgical procedures, with a desire to develop further surgical skills. You will be expected to have a clear idea of the area or areas you want to develop over the next two to three years — whether that is laparoscopy, ophthalmology, dentistry, neurology, oncology or another specialism — and to pursue that development actively. You will also play a real role in growing the clinic by building client relationships in the local community and contributing to marketing and operational improvement.
Five days per week on eight-hour shifts. One in three weekends. Clinic hours Monday to Sunday 8am to 6pm.
What you will gain
Up to £70,000 depending on experience. 5.6 weeks annual leave inclusive of bank holidays. Pension contribution. Paid RCVS membership and VDS cover. CPD allowance of £1,000 per year with three paid CPD days. Staff discounts on treatments for up to three own pets. On successful completion of probation: private medical insurance for you and your dependants, life assurance and critical illness cover.
What they need from you
An entrepreneurial, self-starting vet who takes responsibility and gets things done without needing hand-holding. Comfortable with change, comfortable with ambiguity and genuinely motivated to help improve how veterinary care is delivered. Strong first opinion consulting skills and good soft tissue and dental surgical ability, with a desire to develop further. Passionate about educating clients, mentoring the team and building a positive clinical culture.
