• First-opinion small animal practice with a team of vets, nurses, PCAs and receptionists.
• Facilities include:
  • separate dog and cat wards 🐶🐱
  • a spacious theatre with laparoscopic equipment
  • a dedicated X-ray room
  • a dental suite with its own X-ray
• Part of a wider local group of practices, so there’s plenty of clinical collaboration and continuity of care.
• Dedicated Mental Health First Aider, a Wellbeing Champion and a designated wellbeing room on site.
• Excellent transport links to Coventry, Birmingham, Leicester and the wider Midlands.

About the role

• Permanent, 40 hours per week.
• Part-time options happily discussed.
• Varied first-opinion caseload: leading medical and surgical cases and running diagnostic investigations.

What they’re looking for

• An experienced small animal vet with good clinical autonomy.
• Confident handling a varied caseload.
• Enjoys mentoring and supporting the team.
• Builds strong, trusting relationships with clients.

What they can give you

• Up to £65,000 FTE, depending on experience 💷
• Up to 33 days’ holiday, with the option to buy or sell.
