We have an exciting opportunity for a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join a dedicated and friendly team in North Wiltshire.

About the Practice
This long-standing RCVS-accredited practice has been serving its community for over a century, providing exceptional care to small animals across its hospital in Chippenham and branches in Calne, Corsham, and Melksham. The Tier 3 hospital holds ISFM Cat Friendly Gold status and is equipped to a high standard, with expansion plans including a new CT scanner.

You’ll be part of a large, supportive team of 14 vets, 12 RVNs, 3 SVNs, and 5 ACAs, backed by an experienced reception and admin team who help keep everything running smoothly.

The Role

  • Salary up to £70,000 depending on experience

  • Full-time (38 hours per week) over 4 days

  • Balanced rota between hospital and branch work, adaptable to suit individual needs

  • Shared weekend day rota

  • No night work or out-of-hours

Location
Set in the heart of leafy North Wiltshire, the practice offers the perfect mix of countryside charm and city convenience. You’ll be just a short drive from Bath and Bristol, within easy reach of Cardiff, and only an hour from London by train.
