Global Veterinary Careers are assisting a well-established small animal practice in a beautiful market town on the Kent/Surrey border, offering the opportunity to join a friendly, collaborative team that puts excellent patient care and colleague wellbeing at the heart of everything they do.

With lovely countryside on your doorstep and convenient access to London, this is an ideal opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon looking to enjoy the best of both worlds.

The Role

You’ll be joining an experienced and welcoming team of 3 vets, 5 RVNs, 2 receptionists and a Practice Manager, working together to provide high standards of care in a positive and supportive environment.

This is a varied small animal role offering a balance of consulting and operating, giving you the opportunity to build your clinical experience, enjoy an interesting caseload and develop your skills alongside colleagues who value teamwork and collaboration.

What’s on offer?

• Salary up to £55,000 per annum, depending on experience

• Permanent, full-time position

• Average of 37.5 hours per week

• Six-week rolling rota

• 1 in 3 Saturday mornings, 8:30am–12pm

• No out-of-hours or on-call commitments

• A varied caseload with a mix of consultations and surgery
