Salary £35,000–£65,000 DOE | Independent Practice | 4-Day Week

A proudly independent veterinary hospital in Norfolk is looking for a passionate Veterinary Surgeon to join our team. Situated within easy reach of the stunning Norfolk coast and the city of Norwich, we offer a varied and interesting caseload alongside a genuinely supportive clinical environment.


The Role

We welcome applications from experienced vets and outstanding recent graduates. You’ll have access to excellent facilities, including:

  • Laparoscopic equipment

  • Orthopaedic kit

  • CT scanner with in-house image interpretation

We run our own out-of-hours service to ensure continuity of care, with on-call arranged in 3–4 night blocks and time off either side. With the current team size, this averages around four blocks per year per vet.

What We Offer

  • Salary: £35,000–£65,000 DOE

  • Working Pattern: Four-day, 32-hour week with occasional Saturday mornings
