An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a progressive small animal practice in Surrey.

The Practice

This modern, purpose-built practice offers 24-hour inpatient emergency care, ensuring continuity of cases and an excellent standard of treatment for every patient.

You’ll have access to cutting-edge diagnostic and surgical facilities, including digital radiography, ultrasound, endoscopy, in-house lab equipment, laparoscopic spay kit, and a fully operational orthopaedic and soft tissue surgery suite — offering fantastic potential to expand your surgical caseload.

The practice is a Gold Standard Cat Friendly Clinic, with separate waiting areas, consult rooms, and wards to ensure a calm and stress-free environment for feline patients.

With the majority of clients insured, you’ll have the freedom to provide the highest standard of case management and care.

The Team

You’ll be joining a close-knit, supportive team of experienced vets and nurses, backed by a fantastic group of client care and animal care assistants.

The practice is located close to local amenities, including a gym, coffee shop, and green spaces — supporting a healthy work/life balance.

Career progression and CPD (including certificates) are actively encouraged and funded, and if there’s a specific area you’d like to develop, the team will support you to make it happen.

• Confident in both general surgery and medicine

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Friendly, empathetic, and motivated approach

• RCVS registered and completion of VetGDP
