The Clinic

This is a brand-new, purpose-built facility designed to support high-quality veterinary care while providing an enjoyable and efficient working environment.

You'll be joining a large and supportive team consisting of:

• 5–6 veterinarians

• 8 dedicated support staff

• Experienced nursing team

• Dedicated reception team

The clinic sees a broad and varied caseload, offering excellent exposure to both medicine and surgery while providing opportunities to explore and develop special interests.

The Role

No two days are the same in this position.

You'll have the opportunity to:

• Manage a varied caseload across both medicine and surgery

• Perform consultations and routine surgical procedures

• Work up cases using modern diagnostic equipment

• Provide preventative healthcare and wellness services

• Build strong relationships with clients and their pets

• Collaborate closely with experienced veterinarians and nurses

• Manage urgent and emergency presentations when required

• Contribute ideas and play an active role within the team

This is a role where you'll be encouraged to practice good medicine, continue learning, and work cases through rather than simply treating symptoms.

About You

The clinic is ideally seeking a veterinarian with a few years of experience who is looking for a long-term opportunity within a supportive and progressive environment.

You will:

• Hold a BVSc or equivalent and be eligible for registration in Queensland

• Have experience in small animal practice

• Enjoy both consulting and surgery

• Be a strong communicator with excellent client care skills

• Enjoy working as part of a collaborative team

• Have a positive attitude and a willingness to continue learning

• Be passionate about delivering high standards of patient care
