A well-established small animal veterinary practice in Melbourne's inner northern region is seeking an experienced Veterinarian to join its growing and supportive team.

Known for its loyal client base and collaborative culture, the practice provides high-quality care in a welcoming environment where veterinarians are encouraged to continue developing their skills. The caseload consists primarily of dogs and cats, with a mix of routine consultations, preventative care, dentistry, desexing, lump removals, and medical work-ups. Dedicated time is built into the schedule for client follow-ups and reviewing pathology results, helping create a sustainable workload.

The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, the clinic is looking to welcome an additional Veterinarian on either a part-time or full-time basis, with flexible working arrangements available.

This role is ideal for an experienced veterinarian looking to further develop their clinical skills while enjoying excellent work-life balance. Those with an interest in surgery will receive hands-on mentorship from an experienced Lead Veterinarian, while candidates aspiring to leadership will have the opportunity to progress into a future Lead Veterinarian position.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• A BVSc (or equivalent) and eligibility for veterinary registration in Australia.
• At least 5 years' experience in small animal general practice.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to patient care.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality veterinary medicine.
• A genuine desire to continue learning and developing professionally.
