Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and ensure high-quality veterinary care

• Mentor associate veterinarians and support staff

• Collaborate on hiring, scheduling, and practice performance

• $150K–$200K base salary + production bonus

Requirements

• DVM/VMD with active state license

• 3+ years clinical experience; leadership preferred
