The Role
Full-Time or Part-Time Medical Director role including:
- Providing high-quality general practice medical and surgical care
- Leading and mentoring veterinary team members
- Shaping medical standards, protocols, and clinical direction
- Overseeing clinical operations while maintaining hands-on practice

- Managing a varied caseload, including exotics (based on interest)

To Be Considered for This Position, You Must Have:
- DVM/VMD degree or equivalent from an AVMA-accredited university
- Active California veterinary license
- DEA registration and USDA accreditation (or ability to obtain)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in general medicine and surgery
- Interest in mentorship, team development, and clinical leadership
