What We’re Looking For
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in small animal practice
• Confidence managing routine and medical cases
• Competency in basic surgical procedures including spays, neuters, and dentistry
• Strong communication and client relationship skills

Candidate Requirements
• DVM or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited institution
• Active Florida veterinary license or ability to obtain
