A client we are representing is seeking an experienced Veterinarian to join their established small animal clinic in the Redlands area as their 4th vet. This is a full-time opportunity within a friendly, community-focused 4-vet practice that values high clinical standards, teamwork, and genuine work-life balance.
This role would suit a confident vet who enjoys a varied caseload and wants to work in a collaborative environment where their skills are recognised and utilised.
🐾 The Role
You will play a key part in supporting the veterinary team across surgical, medical, and consulting duties.
Key responsibilities include:
- Surgical and medical case management
- Performing and assisting with dental procedures
- Consulting and client education
- Patient admissions, discharges, and inpatient care
- Diagnostic workups and treatment planning
- Maintaining high standards of clinical records
- Supporting daily workflow within a busy, team-oriented hospital
About You
- Veterinary degree recognised in Australia
- Minimum 2 years’ post-graduation experience
- Confident in surgery and dentistry
- Comfortable consulting independently
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive team player who enjoys a busy clinical environment
