A client we are representing is seeking an experienced Veterinary Director to lead their well-established small animal clinic in inner Brisbane. This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role within a truly independent, family-owned practice that prioritises high-quality medicine, team culture, and long-term client relationships.

The Role

This is a hands-on clinical leadership position where you’ll have the autonomy to shape standards, support the team, and drive the direction of the clinic.

You’ll be:

• Leading the clinical team and setting the tone for standards of care
• Managing a varied GP caseload with the ability to work up cases thoroughly
• Building strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Supporting and mentoring vets and nurses within the team
• Contributing to the culture, workflow, and future direction of the clinic

About You

• A Veterinarian eligible for registration in Australia
• Proven experience in general practice (ideal for a Senior Vet stepping up or existing Director)
• Confident working independently and leading a team
