An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and compassionate Veterinary Nurse to join a large, reputable not-for-profit animal hospital located in Campbellfield. Responsibilities

As a key member of the clinical team, you will:

• Provide high-standard nursing care across medical, surgical, and emergency cases

• Assist veterinarians with consultations, procedures, and diagnostics

• Perform anaesthetic monitoring and manage patient recovery

• Support triage, inpatient care, and hospital workflow management

• Maintain cleanliness, sterility, and organisation of clinical areas

• Deliver empathetic and clear communication to clients

• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture

About You

You will thrive in this role if you have:

• Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent)

• 1–2+ years of experience in GP, shelter, or hospital settings

• Strong skills in anaesthesia, surgical nursing, and patient monitoring

• Ability to remain calm in a busy, fast-changing environment

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• A compassionate, community-minded approach to animal care
