I’m working with an exceptional, luxury independent practice in the heart of Notting Hill, offering a genuinely unique working environment where investment in people, equipment and patient care is at the heart of everything they do.

🩺 The Practice & Team

You’ll be joining a fantastic team of 4 experienced Veterinary Surgeons, including:

• A Veterinary Surgeon holding a Surgical Certificate.
• A Veterinary Surgeon with a Cardiology Certificate.
• An experienced Clinical Director with a proven track record of successfully leading clinics.
• 5 dedicated RVNs, alongside an excellent Practice Manager and reception team.

🐾 The Role & Caseload

This is a busy, fast-paced practice with a really interesting and varied caseload. If you enjoy getting stuck into both surgical and complex medical cases, you’ll certainly never be bored!

You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Develop your surgical and medical skills with a varied caseload.
• Work alongside experienced vets with additional clinical qualifications.
• Enjoy 30-minute consultations for new patients, allowing time to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Benefit from a fantastic nursing team, so you’re not expected to do everything yourself.
• Explore your clinical interests, with certificate support available.

An interest in Ophthalmology would be beneficial, but certainly isn’t essential. They’re open to accommodating individual clinical interests and supporting further development.

👩‍⚕️ About You

• Ideally 4+ years’ small animal experience.
• Confident with routine surgical procedures and medical cases.
• Someone who enjoys a busy, varied caseload and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player who values high clinical standards and excellent client care.
• Keen to develop your interests and make the most of the opportunities available.

Visa sponsorship can be discussed for candidates with existing UK veterinary experience or previous experience working within Australian or American clinics.

💎 What’s on Offer?

• Salary up to £75,000, depending on experience.
• £1,500 CPD allowance.

• No out-of-hours or on-call commitments.
• Weekend rota: 1 in 4 weekends (Saturday 9am–5pm and Sunday 10am–5pm).
