About the role and team: 🤝
The successful candidate will join a supportive 9-vet team that prioritizes work-life balance and collaborative growth. Being 100% independent, the practice has the freedom to invest in its people and equipment based on the team’s suggestions.

• The Rota: Designed by the team itself! Choose between a 5-day week with varied starts/finishes or a fixed 4-day week.
• Weekend Balance: Work only 2 consecutive Saturday mornings in 6 weeks, followed by 4 completely free weekends.
• No OOH: Nights and Bank Holidays are covered by a local provider, and a strict “no client calls after 7pm” rule ensures everyone gets home on time.
• The Culture: A nurturing environment where clinical clubs and regular meetings allow vets to share knowledge and discuss cases in a home-like atmosphere. 🩺✨

• Salary: £35,000 (New Grad) up to £70,000 (DOE).
