An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a growing, high-performing, and community-focused veterinary practice in Melbourne’s western suburbs.

The Role
- Perform a wide range of small animal surgical procedures
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and support to veterinary colleagues and team members
- Collaborate closely with a passionate, multidisciplinary team
- Build strong, trust-based client relationships through clear communication and education
- Contribute to ongoing learning and development initiatives
- Support and mentor veterinary students as they develop clinical skills
About You
- BVSc or equivalent with current registration in Australia
- Strong competence in small animal surgery and medicine
- Interest in mentoring and supporting team development
- Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative, proactive, and growth-oriented mindset
- Interest in exotics is advantageous but not essential
