A well-established veterinary clinic with over 25 years of history in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join an experienced, compassionate team delivering high-quality care across a varied small animal caseload.

Based on Al Reem Island — one of Abu Dhabi's most vibrant and accessible communities — the clinic offers a broad scope of services including internal medicine, primary health care, surgery and anaesthesia, dentistry, diagnostic imaging, emergency and critical care, laboratory services, and international pet relocation.

This is a genuinely varied clinical role with the opportunity to tailor caseload and develop areas of professional interest over time.

The key draws:

• Salary 24,000–29,000 AED per month (approx. £5,200–£6,300) DOE
• Varied caseload: wellness, preventative care, diagnostics, elective surgery, and dentistry
• Opportunity to develop specialist areas of interest
• 5,000 AED annual CE allowance with 5 paid CE days per year
• 22 days paid annual leave
• Medical health insurance provided
• 40 hours per week, with evening, weekend, and on-call duties shared across the team
• MOCCAE licence required — support available for eligible candidates

You'll need: RCVS or equivalent registration, MOCCAE licence or willingness to obtain one, confidence across routine surgery, diagnostics, and first-opinion consultations, and a genuine enthusiasm for working within a diverse, international veterinary environment.
