The Role
An exciting opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a large, progressive RCVS-accredited hospital with its own dedicated night team, ensuring 24/7 patient care. With a varied caseload, state-of-the-art facilities, and a highly supportive team, this is an excellent role for vets seeking to develop their clinical interests in a collaborative environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing a diverse small animal caseload with excellent continuity of care

Working both within a multi-vet team and independently in sole charge

Accessing advanced diagnostics including ultrasound, endoscopy, laparoscopy, and dental x-ray

Contributing to monthly in-house CPD and benefiting from certificate support

What’s Needed

RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon with 2+ years’ GP experience

Interest in medicine or surgery (caseload tailored)

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Commitment to patient care and ongoing development

Hours & Rota

40 hours per week over 4 days (9-hour shifts)

1 in 4 weekends

Dedicated night team ensures no out-of-hours for day vets

Part-time options also available
