GVC are assisting a fantastic, independent-minded 24-hour veterinary hospital in Surrey, to find a Veterinary Surgeon to join their exceptional team. Led by a passionate Clinical Director with over 20 years' experience, this is a practice where clinical excellence, teamwork, and compassion are at the heart of everything they do.

You'll become part of a friendly, collaborative team managing an exciting mix of first opinion and referral-level cases. The hospital aims to keep as much work in-house as possible, giving you exposure to a varied medical and surgical caseload from routine consultations through to complex procedures.

With dedicated night teams, advanced equipment, and experienced nursing support, you'll have everything you need to deliver outstanding patient care.

The Role

• Salary between £50,000–£65,000 DOE
• Full-time, 4-day working week
• 1 in 5 full weekends with additional time off in lieu
• Part-time applicants also considered
• Confident consulting, surgical and medical responsibilities
• Excellent support from experienced RVNs and dedicated overnight team
• Opportunity to mentor and support colleagues
