An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a busy, modern practice in Coventry. This role is ideal for a confident vet who enjoys leading a team, managing a varied caseload, and providing outstanding patient care in a supportive, friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality general practice care, including routine and advanced medical and surgical cases
• Support and mentor a team of vets, nurses, and support staff
• Participate in 1 in 4 weekend rota (Saturday 9am–5pm, Sunday 10am–4pm)
• Work collaboratively with the wider practice team to maintain excellent client service
• Develop your special interests with full support for CPD and certificates

Requirements

• RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon
• Experienced in general practice, confident with routine surgery and medicine
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Special interests welcomed; experience with exotics desirable but not essential
• Full-time applicants preferred; flexible approach to shifts and weekend rota
