Veterinary Surgeon – Multi-Site Role – Wiltshire

Join a progressive and forward-thinking small animal practice in Wiltshire, offering an excellent opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon seeking variety, development, and a supportive team environment.

Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum (DOE)
Location: Wiltshire
Hours: 42 hours per week over 4 days, including 1:5 weekends (shift-based, not full weekend) and 1 weeknight every 2 weeks
Contract Type: Permanent – full-time and part-time applicants welcome

About the Role
You’ll work across multiple well-equipped sites with access to 24-hour hospital facilities, ensuring a varied and engaging caseload. The practice has a large, experienced team of veterinary surgeons, nurses, and support staff who work collaboratively to deliver exceptional patient care.

Modern facilities include digital x-ray, ultrasound, CT scanner, isolation units, and ISFM Cat Friendly certification across all branches. You’ll also benefit from strong clinical support and a culture that encourages growth, collaboration, and case discussion.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality veterinary care across consultations, surgery, and inpatient management

• Work collaboratively within a large, supportive clinical team

• Build strong client relationships and uphold excellent communication standards

• Participate in the shared weekend and out-of-hours rota

About You

• RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon

• Confident with routine consultations and surgeries

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Eager to develop clinically and professionally

• Flexible and proactive approach to multi-site working
