Global Veterinary Careers is proud to partner with an established small animal practice in Norwich, seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Surgeon to join their experienced and supportive team.

🌳 About the Practice & Location:
Located on Hall Road, this purpose-built small animal practice is part of a trio of independently owned Vets for Pets surgeries across Norwich. While based at Hall Road, there may be occasional flexibility to work across the other local branches.
The practice boasts a friendly and skilled team of 7 vets (including 2 new graduates), 8 nurses, VCAs, and administrative support. Their clinicians hold special interests in orthopaedics, surgery, and imaging, creating a well-rounded clinical environment.
Norwich itself offers the perfect blend of city and countryside living — just 30 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from the broads, and 5 minutes from the city centre. The area is rich in culture, history, and outdoor pursuits.

👩⚕️ The Role:
🕓 Hours: Full time – 39 hours over 4 days (9am–7pm), part-time considered
📅 Weekends: 1 in 5 (Saturday 9am–6pm, Sunday 10:30am–4:30pm at Norwich Sprowston)
🌙 OOH: None
🏖️ Bank Holidays: On a rotation basis
You’ll play a key role in delivering excellent patient care and client service, supported by a highly experienced regional leadership team and excellent facilities.
🎯 To Be Considered:
Applicants should:
- Be a qualified Veterinary Surgeon with RCVS registration
- Ideally have 2+ years’ experience in small animal practice
- Have a surgical bias or specialism (advantageous but not essential)
- Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills
- Be passionate about animal welfare and delivering exceptional car
💰 Salary & Benefits:
✅ Salary: Up to £60,000 (DOE, FTE)
