On behalf of our client, a long-established and highly regarded small animal practice on the stunning Central Coast of NSW, we are seeking a confident and caring Veterinarian for a permanent part-time role.

Located just a short drive north of Sydney and south of Newcastle, this clinic has been proudly serving the local community since 1999. The caseload is predominantly dogs and cats, with a fun variety of exotic pets (birds, rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets, rats and mice) and the occasional wildlife or livestock case. You’ll be supported by a friendly, experienced and tight-knit team who genuinely love what they do.

The role

• Permanent part-time – every Friday 8:30 am – 6:00 pm + Saturday 8:30 am – 12:00 pm
• Enjoy 5–6 days off every week – perfect for family, study, travel or simply relaxing on the beach
• Full scope of general practice: consultations, inpatient care and surgery
• No after-hours or on-call

About you

• BVSc or equivalent degree registrable in Australia
• Minimum 2 years’ clinical experience in small animal (or mixed) practice
• Competent and confident in routine surgery and medicine
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, client-focused approach
• Team player with a positive, “can-do” attitude
• Desire to keep learning and growing professionally
