Experienced small animal GP vet wanted for a supportive, well-run island practice in Bermuda. This is a true general practice role with a steady caseload, consults plus surgery. Suited to someone who’s confident operating and enjoys being part of a collaborative team. Excellent staff retention too.  

You’ll suit this if you:

• Have 3+ years’ experience in small animal practice
• Are confident with routine soft tissue surgery and busy consult days
• Enjoy being a hands-on GP vet who supports colleagues and shares cases
• Ideally have exposure to advanced surgery/orthopaedics (highly beneficial)

Clinical set-up:

• Strong clinical support: vet team plus experienced nursing/support staff
• Facilities and kit to deliver soft tissue and orthopaedic procedures, including TPLO capability
• Team culture that prioritises case support, shift swaps, and helping new starters settle into island life

Working pattern:

• Average ~3.5 days per week
• Typically 3 days on / 4 days off
• Shared on-call rota
• Closed Sundays
• Full rota details confirmed during screening/interview
