An exciting opportunity for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon (3–8 years’ experience) to join a brand-new, proudly independent clinic opening in Beckenham, South London this June. The Role

• 4 days per week
• Share of weekends
• No on-call
• 3-4 vet team environment, with clear structure & Clinical lead to support you
• Opening June 2026
• Salary £45,000–£70,000 DOE

You’ll play a key role in establishing clinical standards and helping build a positive, collaborative culture from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality consultations and surgical procedures

About You

• RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon
• 3+ years UK experience preferred
• Confident in routine surgery and medicine
• Passionate about client experience and modern veterinary care
• Excited by the opportunity to build something new
