My client in Kent is looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon (3+ years qualified) to lead a small, collaborative team. This is a great opportunity for a surgically inclined vet who values pragmatic, evidence-based decision-making and strong clinical leadership.

• Lead and support a team of Veterinary Surgeons
• Oversee clinical governance and standards
