The Role

An exciting opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a supportive, progressive team with a focus on excellent clinical standards and work-life balance. This role offers real flexibility, from shorter days to full-time hours, making it ideal for vets with outside commitments.

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing a varied GP caseload including consults and routine surgery

Working within a friendly multi-vet team supported by experienced RVNs

Accessing advanced support from colleagues with certificates in Surgery, Cardiology & Imaging

Attending regular vet meetings and contributing to collaborative case discussions

Delivering high standards of patient care with strong administrative support

What’s Needed

RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon

Confident with routine surgery and consultations

Team player with good communication skills

Commitment to ongoing development — certificate support actively encouraged

Hours & Rota

Full-time (4 days per week) or part-time / flexible options available

1 in 4 Saturdays

No OOH, no Sundays, no bank holidays
