About the Team & Practice

• Small, close-knit team: 2 vets, 4 RVNs, 1 SVN, 1 VCA, 4 CCAs

• Practice locally owned by an experienced RVN

• Based in beautiful Northamptonshire, with countryside, local amenities, and excellent train links to London and beyond

• Exciting period of growth, with a relaunch, rebrand, and plans for expansion

• Excellent facilities and equipment to provide high-quality care

• Generous CPD support and funding for certificates or postgraduate qualifications

Role & Hours

• Full-time role (flexible patterns considered)

• 1 in 3 Saturdays on the weekend rota

• Element of sole charge, no out-of-hours responsibility

• Leadership opportunity: help shape the team, protocols, and clinical standards

• Competitive salary up to £60,000 DOE
