A well-established, multi-site small animal practice is looking to welcome a Veterinary Surgeon into its friendly and experienced clinical team. The practice operates across three nearby sites and is RCVS accredited, offering a modern, well-equipped working environment including:

🩺 About the Role:
This is a full-time position based on a 4-day working week 🗓️, promoting excellent work–life balance. The role includes a shared weekend rota, with part-time hours also considered.
Duties include:
- Delivering high-quality medical and surgical care to small animal patients 🐾
- Managing routine consultations and procedures with senior support always available
- Building strong client relationships through clear, compassionate communication
- Working collaboratively within a multi-vet, multi-nurse team
- Taking part in clinical discussions and ongoing development initiatives

- Be a qualified Veterinary Surgeon with 2+ years’ small animal experience (UK or UK-equivalent)
