Kayla joined GVC as a Veterinary Recruitment Consultant, drawn to the role by the chance to help veterinarians find positions that genuinely fit them, while also supporting the clinics and the animals in their care. She brings a positive mindset and a knack for looking at challenges from unusual angles, which tends to surface practical, creative solutions that might otherwise get missed, and she’s focused on building her expertise quickly over her first few months on the desk.
Outside of work, Kayla is usually reading, picking up a new hobby, or exploring local events and coffee shops, often with her two cats Prince and Sarafina keeping her company. She studied abroad in Costa Rica and it remains her favourite place she’s travelled to, with the rest of the continents firmly on her list.
