Sue is a veteran, people-focused sales leader and commercial builder who spent years leading multimillion-dollar teams in pharma and biotech before channelling her hiring expertise into recruiting and staffing across human and veterinary health. She loves identifying and placing great talent, creating sales playbooks, scaling high-performing teams, and forging partnerships that accelerate growth and elevate organizational performance.
When she’s not working, Sue and her husband – proud two-time foster-failures – are busy spoiling their four pitbull-mix rescue dogs, spending time with family and friends, and supporting community initiatives. A devoted Dallas Cowboys fan, she can often be found passionately yelling at the TV (and occasionally from the stadium) on game days.
