With over eight years in veterinary recruitment, Iain has helped vets and nurses secure permanent roles across 11+ countries, including the UK, Europe, Asia, and the UAE. He specialises in both clinical and non-clinical placements, always aiming to match people with opportunities that truly fit.

Outside of work, Iain enjoys football, golf, the gym, travelling, camping, snowboarding, and cooking new dishes. He sees recruitment as solving a puzzle – aligning expectations and aspirations to create the right fit – while ensuring the process is exciting and stress-free.
